  • If the parcel is open or unsealed then you must inform us.

 (You ordered the shoe in Euro 41 size and you received the Euro 41 size, but it’s not fitting well on your feet, so it’s a mistake from your side because we already mentioned the size chart and size guide with all our product’s details, but you can change the size for that just follow our exchange policy)

Exchange

  • Exchange does not apply to DISCOUNTED / SALE items.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Exchange only valid in case of a Defective/faulty product.
  • The exchange will be processed in 7 days.
  • In size exchange delivery charges Rs.200/- will apply.

RETURN 

  • Return does not apply to DISCOUNTED / SALE items.
  • The process of return is simple. Send products to our address through any courier service.
  • Return only valid in case of the defective product
  • Extra charges are not be applied to defective products.
  • Claimed your return within 24 hours after the parcel was received.
  • If you return a faulty product, so we replaced it with a new one within a couple of days.
  • The amount of any product will not be returned.
  • You can also get a voucher for that amount and buy any other product using that voucher.
  • For getting a voucher you must have to contact us.

ON DELIVERY

On delivery, you can open the parcel for your satisfaction check by yourself, then pay and return it on the spot if you are not satisfied. Do safe and secure online shopping with us.

CASH ON DELIVERY

If you feel any difficulty making online or credit card payments? We offer (COD) cash on delivery. Customers can pay the amount at the time of delivery.

Following is our COD policy:

  • Maximum shopping through COD is Rs. 10,000/
  • Partial payment (COD+ Credit card) of the same product will not be accepted.
  • Only Pak rupees will accept for COD, and foreign currency will not be accepted.
  • COD will apply to Nationwide locations.
  • Please check your location during the selection of the COD offers.
